National Stores, Inc. Purchases Two Locations

HOUSTON, TX - January 31, 2008 -- J&M Properties, LP of California has purchased two shopping center to own and operate burgeoning soft goods/clothing stores in both the Buena Vista Shopping Center of West Downtown San Antonio and also the W. 6th Street Shopping Center in Del Rio, Texas.  They were purchased from HEB Grocers, Inc.  Both centers will remain leased and both large vacancies will be occupied by Fallas Factory Outlet Stores.  Fallas Paredes now operates over 75 locations across the state of Texas.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
