Regions Bank Ground Leases 37,500 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 30, 2008 -- Regions Bank recently leased 37,500 square feet of land from Arturo Enterprise, Ltd.  The leased land is intended for a future Regions Bank branch located at 1300 N. Collins Street in Arlington,  Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Stroud Arthur and Scott Head of CBRE represented the landlord.
