Eldorado Office Park, LLC Purchases 10,076 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 1, 2008 -- Eldorado Office Park, LLC recently purchased a 10,076 square foot building from Eldorado Land Company, LP.  The newly purchased medical office building is located at 6717 Eldorado Parkway in McKinney, Texas.  Matt Anding of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Ray Eckenrode of Appian Commercial represented the seller.
