Planet Tan Opens Four New DFW Locations

DALLAS, TX - February 4, 2008 -- Recently Planet Tan, the most recognized tanning brand in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, leased over 13,500 square feet for four (4) new salon locations bringing the total number of Planet Tan locations in the Metroplex to 14. Planet Tan is currently in the core of an aggressive expansion program, with plans to open an additional 20 new locations in Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex within the next four years.

Vineyard Village MSV, LLC leased 3,850 square feet of retail space to Planet Tan in The Shops at Vineyard Village, located at the SEC of State Highway 121 and Glade Road in Euless, Texas. In addition, Planet Tan leased 3,263 square feet from Star Creek, LLC for a new salon location at Star Creek Shopping Center situated on the SEC of State Highway 121 and Watters Road in Allen, Texas. Planet Tan leased space for a third location from Windhaven & Tollway, LLC in Windhaven Park Retail Center at the SWC of The North Dallas Tollway and Windhaven Parkway in Plano, Texas. The 3,217 square foot facility will be opening Fall 2008. The most recent transaction is a 3,263 square foot lease in the Little Elm Towne Crossing retail center located at the SWC of FM-423 and Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm, Texas.
