Tioga 922, Ltd. Purchases 15.672 acres for Future Development

DALLAS, TX - February 5, 2008 -- Tioga 922, Ltd. recently purchased 15.672 acres just north of Tioga, Texas for future site development.  The parcel of land is located at the southwest corner of FM 922 and Highway 377.  Tioga 922, Ltd. sees this site as an excellent location for future retail and commercial development, including grocery-anchored retail.  Grant Brodeur and Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
