Atlas Copco Leases 13,366 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 12, 2008 -- In 2007, Courtland Development Company purchased 14.6 acres of land in Garland from Atlas Copco for future site development.  This year, Courtland Development Company is in the core stages of constructing Firewheel Distribution Center, a two-building, 201,000 square foot site for office, technical, showroom and warehouse usage.  The multi-use building will be ready for occupancy May 1, 2008.  Atlas Copco, a world-leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, has recently leased 13,366 square feet of office/technical space at Firewheel Distribution Center for their newest Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions facility.  The industrial center is located at Crist Road and SH 78 in Garland, Texas.  Dan Spika and Huntley Luna of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and former owner, Atlas Copco.
