GB Tile & Plaster Purchases 5,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 12, 2008 -- KJS North Mill, Ltd. recently closed on the sale of 5,000 square feet to GB Tile and Plaster of Dallas, Texas.  The 5,000 sf industrial space is located at 960 North Mill Street in Lewisville, Texas.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Buddy Turner of Cressa Partners represented the buyer.
