Local Investor Purchases 7,122 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 12, 2008 -- Renner Building Partnership recently sold a 7,122 square foot building to a local investor.  The office building was strategically purchased as an investment property in Richardson; one of the largest employment centers in Dallas/Ft. Worth.  The building is located at 689 West Renner Road in Richardson, Texas.  Greg Woodring of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
