Jasbir Singh Purchases 4,800 sf

HOUSTON, TX - February 14, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the sale of a 4,800 square foot industrial building for a local properties investor. The building is situated on 32,000 square feet of land at 2522 Texas Avenue in Texas City, Texas. The buyer, owner of Southwestern Lab, plans to use the building as a construction materials testing site. Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
