Louisville Ladder Leases 65,522 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 20, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the lease of 65,522 square feet of industrial space for Louisville Ladder; the largest manufacturer of ladders in North America.  Louisville Ladder, with locations in North and South America plans to use the site as a new regional distribution center.  The site is located in the Parkway Distribution Center at 823 Heinz Way in Grand Prairie.  Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Brock Wilson represented the landlord.
