Metagenics, Inc. Leases 10,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 29, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently brokered a 10,000 square foot lease for California-based Metagenics, a premier manufacturer and distributor of science-based medical foods and nutraceuticals.  Metagenics, Inc. leased the 10,000 square feet of industrial space from RREEF Management in Carrollton, Texas at 2707 Realty Road.  Metagenics plans to use the site as climate-controlled storage for food-grade produce.  Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
