DALLAS, TX - April 8, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated leases for Planet Tan, Dallas/Fort Worth’s fastest growing tanning salon operator, for two new locations. The most recent Planet Tan will be opening in the 380 Towne Crossing Shopping Center early this Fall. The 3,290 square foot tanning salon will be situated within the center on the NWC of Highway 380 and North Central Expressway in McKinney, Texas. The second Planet Tan salon will be located in Murphy Marketplace at the NEC of Murphy Road and FM 544 in Murphy, Texas. This salon will contain 3,220 square feet and will be opening later this year. With the addition of these two new locations, Planet Tan will have 16 operating tanning salons throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex by the end of 2008. In the midst of an aggressive expansion program, Planet Tan expects to have 25 locations by the end of 2009.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S.
