The site was purchased by a local Austin investor. The property is located at 1700 South Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas. John Collins IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial, Land Division of Dallas represented the buyer in the transaction.  John Collins, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, has been in real estate for several years and has created an interesting niche in the Austin market.
