DALLAS, TX - April 21, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently brokered the sale of 1.53 acres for West Dixon Holding Company. Flower Mound based, West Dixon Holding Co. sold the site to local investor, Eduardo Egusquinza of Carrollton, Texas. The site is located at 3221 Halifax in Dallas, Texas and will be used for future development. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, West Dixon Holding Company.
