HOUSTON, TX - April 25, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently brokered the sale of 2.47 acres; the 529 Partnership Tract at the 12900 block of FM 529 (Spencer Road) in Houston, Texas. Local commercial real estate developer, 12926 FM 529 LLC, purchased the tract from Louisiana based investor, Robert Leavines. The site is to be developed for a single-tenant or multi-tenant office/warehouse building.  Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, Robert Leavines. Steve Kuper and Mark Ward of National Realty Group represented the buyer, 12926 FM 529 LLC.
