DALLAS, TX - April 30, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the lease of 31,066 square feet for a new Fallas Paredes Factory Outlet in Houston, Texas. This lease will represent the California-based company’s 21^st location in the Houston area. Fallas Paredes is a family-owned organization that has grown rapidly with multiple stores throughout five states. Fallas Paredes utilizes Henry S. Miller Commercial to find specific sites in neighborhoods and small communities that their customers and associates call home. The new store will be located in the 290/43^rd Street Center at the SWC of 290 and 43^rd Street in Houston, Texas. Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S.
