DALLAS, TX - May 29 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the lease to expand T. Boone Pickens’ company, BP Capital, to occupy the entire 2^nd Floor of the Preston Commons West Tower. BP Capital’s recent expansion is due to the growing needs of its natural gas/transportation fueling entity, Clean Energy, as well as accommodating space for its new windenergy company, Mesa Power. The new space increases the company’s current square footage of just over 18,700 square feet to more than 24,000 square feet. The Preston Commons office building is located at 8117 Preston Road in Dallas, Texas. Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Office/Industrial Division represented BP Capital in the transaction. Trey Smith of Capstar Commercial represented the landlord, Preston Commons, LP.
