DALLAS, TX - June 3, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the sale of 29,200 square feet for Fort Worth investor, Marshall Robinson. The property, located at 821-825 West Vickery Blvd, is situated south of Fort Worth in an area that is consistently experiencing new development and renovation as downtown Fort Worth expands. The site was sold to Allied Theatre Group, aka Stage West Theatre. Prior to their recent acquisition, Stage West Theatre leased the 9,000 square foot warehouse at 821 West Vickery over 20 years ago. The former warehouse was completely renovated into a 170 seat theatre with a spacious front portion used for pre-show dining. After years of relocation, Stage West Theatre decided it was time to purchase a building of its own. Stage West Theatre returns home with plans to revamp theatre seating and enhance dining area.
