DALLAS, TX - June 9, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently settled a 14,484 square foot industrial lease for client, CFC Print Solutions. The space was leased within the Westfork industrial building at 1555 Avenue S in Grand Prairie, Texas. CFC Solutions will use the space to house a printing and distribution center. Jim Hazard, Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s GSW Office, represented the tenant, CFC Solutions. Stream Realty’s, John Hendricks represented the landlord, DCT Industrial.
