The property is located at 300 & 310 Rogers Road in Irving, Texas. The buyer, LORAC, LLC plans to lease the 10,000 square foot building to Manex for a distribution and product testing facility. Manex specializes in supplying and installing AC systems for the commercial transportation industry. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Mark Hull and Pete Richardson of the Dallas Office/Industrial division represented the buyer, LORAC, LLC. Doug Carignan of Staubach represented the seller, Atmos Energy Corporation.
