DALLAS, TX - June 23, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial’s broker brothers, Pete and Drew Richardson recently arranged the sale of 3.2 acres, raw land for client and local investor, Ron Vaulk. The land was sold to fellow Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex investor John Freeze. The site is situated along Avenue K in Plano, Texas and is located near a Sam’s Club in an area that is constantly growing. Pete Richardson, Vice President and Drew Richardson, Associate of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Office/Industrial division, represented the seller, Ron Vaulk. The buyer was represented by Grant Glasco.
