SPT GROUP’s North American and Latin American headquarters have been located at Woodland Park Plaza for the last year. With their recent growth SPT GROUP renewed their lease with an additional 3,373 square feet, bringing their total office space leased to 19,152 square feet. Woodland Park Plaza is located at 11490 Westheimer in Houston, Texas. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Rollie Andre, Executive Vice President and Mark Wood, Senior Vice President represented the tenant, SPT GROUP. Representing the landlord, RMC Wooodland Park Plaza, LP was Joel Dalak.
