HOUSTON, TX - August 6, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial arranges the second, Austin store location for Fallas Paredes Discount Stores. Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Houston office brokered the lease of 26,000 square feet at Capital Plaza shopping center in Austin, Texas. Ackerman and Gaines represent Fallas Paredes in Texas and have secured over two dozen new locations in the past three years. The 26,000 square foot store will be located at 5700 North I-35 in Austin, Texas. The site was leased from landlord, Capital Highway 35, Ltd, who was represented by David Simmons of The Weitzman Group.
