Miller Commercial’s Chris Armstrong, Associate of the Office/Industrial division recently brokered a 13,500 square foot lease for local sign company, The AlphaSIGN Centre. Dallas-based AlphaSIGN Centre was looking to relocate after selling their building in Brookhollow and employed Armstrong to find a new location suited for office and warehouse. Armstrong presented the recently purchased Cabbot Properties building at 1225 Capital Drive in Carrollton, Texas. AlphaSIGN Centre will lease the 13,500 square foot space for their newest office and warehouse facility.
