DALLAS, TX - August 27, 2008 -- Recently, Sam G. Kartalis, President and COO of Henry S. Miller Commercial arranged the sale of Crystal Creek I Shopping Center in Plano, Texas. The investment property was developed by Kartalis for his client two years ago and was fully occupied upon opening as a functioning retail center and has remained as such. The site is located at the NEC corner of Ohio Drive and Hedgecoxe Road; it includes a 15,000 square foot retail strip on 1.44 acres of land. The multi-tenant retail strip offers vendors a popular and heavily trafficked area in the suburbs of Plano. The property was purchased by TPH Capital, LP out of Argyle, Texas. The transaction was arranged by Sam G. Kartalis of Henry S. Miller Commercial for the seller and Christiane Jones of ReMax Performance Group represented the buyer.
