DALLAS, TX - September 9, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Company closed the acquisition of Highland Point Village Shopping Center located at 1940 Justin Road (FM 407) in Highland Village, TX. The shopping center contains 57,316 square feet and is 97% occupied. The anchor tenant is Goody Goody, an upscale liquor store, which is one of the highest volume liquor retail store chains in DFW.  This Goody Goody store location is one of the best stores of the chain.  Greg Miller and Chance Johnson of Henry S. Miller Company negotiated the acquisition on behalf of the purchaser.  Zeshan Tabani of Tabani Group and Brandon Beeson of PM Realty Group negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller.
