Miller Commercial – Houston; recently arranged four separate lease transactions totaling 35,595 square feet within Williams Trace Shopping Center. The newly renovated Williams Trace SC, located at 3430 Highway 6 South in Sugar Land, consistently remains a desirable location for new and existing retail tenants. Out of the 35,595 square feet arranged, 5,595 square feet were leases retained by current owners post Phase II renovations; 1,200 SF renewed by New Looks Salon, 1,318 SF retained by Elegant Jewelers store and the remaining 3,077 SF a specialty grocer, Keemah Grocery. The most recent lease and the additional 30,000 square feet was leased to the very popular Halloween-costume and holiday retail store, Spirit of Halloween. In all four lease transactions, Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines were the sole brokers, representing the landlord, HSMEP Williams Trace, LP.
