Miller Commercial’s Pete Richardson, Senior Vice President and brother Drew Richardson, Associate recently arranged the transaction between both buyer and seller for 27 acres in Blue Mound, Texas. California-based Hearthstone Properties Delaware, LLC purchased the site from fellow Californian investor, Hilzer Family Trust, out of Santa Barbara. Hearthstone Properties Delaware, LLC plans to expand the current industrial facility to accommodate their newest Truckcenter.com auctioning arena and facility. TruckCenter.com, conducts regularly scheduled sales/auctions of transportation assets that have been sourced from GE Capital Solutions, other financial institution’s portfolios of leased and financed assets and large fleets. Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson represented both, the seller, Hilzer Family Trust and buyer, Hearthstone Properties Delaware, LLC in the transaction.
