Miller Commercial’s office/industrial broker brothers, Pete Richardson, Senior Vice President and Drew Richardson, Associate recently arranged their second substantial land sale within a month. The pair completed an 89.1 acres transaction for client and buyer Grove Truck & Equipment. The buyer currently owns a site and operations facility that neighbors the newly acquired property at 1350 West Oakdale in Grand Prairie, Texas. Grove Truck & Equipment is a local trucking equipment buyer and seller with future plans to develop the new site and possibly expand onto the additional purchased land. The property was purchased from local Dallas investor John Wang. Broker representation in the transaction was solely handled by the Richardson brothers for buyer, Grove Truck & Equipment.
