Henry S. Miller Commercial Arranges Back-to-Back Leases at Recently Purchased Cabot Property; Totaling 28,000 SF

DALLAS, TX - October 16, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Chris Armstrong, Associate – Office/Industrial division recently arranged a second lease for Cabot Properties’ building in Carrollton, totaling 28,000 square feet transacted in less than a month’s time. Just weeks ago Armstrong negotiated a 13,500 square foot lease for AlphaSIGN’s new office and warehouse facility; this week he secured the lease of a neighboring space containing 14,500 square feet for INE International. When Cabot Properties purchased the building this past summer, it was 54% occupied. Currently, just a month later, the 81,000 square foot building is an 89% leased asset. The property is located at 1225 Capital Drive in Carrollton, Texas. Chris Armstrong was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the tenant, INE International.
