DALLAS, TX - November 4, 2008 -- Chris Armstrong, Associate of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC’s Office/ Industrial Division, recently negotiated the lease of 16,540 square feet industrial space for Factory Direct Systems. Dallas-based Factory Direct Systems leased the site to house their new office and warehouse location; they are set to move in the first of December. The new Factory Direct Systems office and production facility will be located at 9208 Chancellor Row in Dallas, Texas. Chris Armstrong of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC arranged the lease with Jeff Mercer of Mercer Company.
