The largest of the three tenants, Third Coast Bank, represented by Brent Tomlinson of Tomlinson Commercial Real Estate, have situated their 2,592 square foot drive-up bank at 1010 Bay Area Boulevard. Irving-based retail chain Cash Store, represented by Greg Slusky of The Retail Connection, leased 1,200 square feet. The remaining 1,100 square feet was leased by the all-natural, LOHAS (Lifestyles of Healthy and Sustainability) inspired yogurt chain iYogurt. HEB Clearlake Shopping Center is located at the southeast corner of Bay Area Boulevard and El Camino Real in Houston, Texas. Henry S.
