The lease was arranged for Dry Force, a leading water removal specialist company; they have leased the 11,120 square foot building (601 Trinity Boulevard) to house their Dallas corporate headquarters. Goelzer Industrial Park has completed construction on a large portion of the park; there are three brand new spec buildings each containing 11,120 square feet. When complete, the industrial park will have include five buildings totaling 192,000 square feet; all buildings feature both industrial/warehouse and office space. Pete Richardson, Senior Vice President and brother Drew Richardson, Associate were the sole brokers in the transaction.
