The site was previously zoned for residential use, but with the sudden burst of retail development in the area; the two acre property has been rezoned for office/retail development. The doctors will initially develop and construct a 5,000 – 6,000 square foot medical office condominium and plan to eventually build three to four additional buildings offering 5,000 – 10,000 square feet. Currently the doctors have arranged pediatric and cardiologist practices to lease space once completed. The property is situated at 615 FM 544 in Murphy, Texas minutes from a boom of new retail development, including the brand new Murphy Marketplace anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market grocer.
