Negotiates the Purchase of Rezoned Site for Medical Office
Development
DALLAS, TX - January 21, 2009 --
Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s medical
real estate specialist, Matt Anding, Vice President of Dallas’
Office/Industrial division, recently arranged the acquisition of
1.977 acres in Murphy, Texas for clients, Dr. Deepika Minnal and Dr.
Ramarao Lankipalli. The site was previously zoned for residential
use, but with the sudden burst of retail development in the area;
the two acre property has been rezoned for office/retail
development. The doctors will initially develop and construct a
5,000 – 6,000 square foot medical office condominium and plan to
eventually build three to four additional buildings offering 5,000 –
10,000 square feet. Currently the doctors have arranged pediatric
and cardiologist practices to lease space once completed. The
property is situated at 615 FM 544 in Murphy, Texas minutes from a
boom of new retail development, including the brand new Murphy
Marketplace anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market grocer. Representing
the buyers, Dr. Deepika Minnal and Dr. Ramarao Lankipalli, was Matt
Anding of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. The seller, Andy Bugh, was
represented by Doug Carignan of Jones Lang LaSalle.
