Acquisition of a 78,000 SF Industrial Building for Indiana-based,
Brake Supply Company, Inc.
HOUSTON, TX - March 4, 2009 -- Henry S.
Miller Brokerage’s, Jim Hazard, Vice President/Division Leader of
Tarrant County Office/Industrial Division and Associate, Todd Hawpe
recently completed the acquisition of a 78,000 square feet
industrial building for Indiana-based, Brake Supply Company, Inc.
Headquartered in Evansville, Brake Supply Company will utilize the
78,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space as a new operations
and distributions facility for the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Brake Supply Company currently has a significant number of rebuild
facilities that are strategically located throughout the United
States as well as internationally. Their newly acquired DFW facility
is located within the 1187 Business Park at 2115 FM 1187 in Building
1. Representing the buyer, Brake Supply Company, Inc.,
