Windy Ridge, LLC leased the industrial space to Nomad Productions Inc. who currently office at 11345 Indian Trail in Dallas, Texas; they plan to utilize the warehouse space to store stage and sound equipment for concerts. Nomad Productions Inc. specializes in producing corporate events and has produced thousands of events over the past 18 years.
