Peterman, owner of Supreme Golf retail store in Fort Worth, currently leases the 2,500 square foot building situated on the property. 3110 Roy Orr Boulevard offers a prominent hard corner position making it a perfect site for the development of a future service station or fast food facility. Andrew Richardson stated that there is also speculation the land could possibly become part of a master planned development.  The Richardson brothers, of the Henry S.
