Henry S. Miller Brokerage Arranges Sale of 15,900 SF Building in East Brookhollow Industrial Submarket

DALLAS, TX - May 27, 2009 --   Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Chris Armstrong, Associate in the Dallas Office/Industrial Division recently completed the sale of a 15,900 square foot industrial building in the East Brookhollow Industrial area. Located at 2303 Shorecrest Drive in Dallas, Texas, the facility was sold to S.V. Hardy, LP to operate as an office/warehouse site. The seller, Hartnack Investments, LLC, was represented by Chris Armstrong of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. The buyer, S.V. Hardy, LP, was represented by Jason Moser of Stream Realty.
