Henry S. Miller
Brokerage Arranges 5,600 sf Lease for 2nd New York Gold &
Silver Exchange DFW Location; Increasing Tarrant County Presence
DALLAS, TX - June 2, 2009 -- John
Bielamowicz, the newest associate to join the office/industrial
division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage recently negotiated the lease
terms of 5,600 square feet for client and tenant New York Gold and
Silver Exchange, LLC. The new lease will constitute the second
location for NYGSE in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. As one of the
largest gold buyers in the area, NYGSE is expanding their operations
into Watauga, Texas to accommodate the areas consumer needs and
enhance their presence in Fort Worth and Tarrant County areas. The
5,600 square foot retail storefront, located at 6500 Denton Highway
in Greenfield Square shopping center, is much larger than their
current location in Dallas and offers the “walk-in” retail jewelry
store aspect. NYGSE currently provides some of Dallas Fort-Worth’s
largest jewelry store vendors their acquisition and processing
services; immediately NYGSE does not have plans to expand to a third
location, however it will be explored in the coming year. The
landlord, Watauga JV 377, was represented by Larry Robbins of
Capstone Commercial in the transaction.
