Miller Brokerage recently arranged the lease of 6,181 square feet for a new dance studio at Pepper Square Shopping Center. The two-phase retail site, located at the SEC of Preston Road and Beltline Road, contains over 200,000 square feet of retail space and features some of the nations leading retailers. The Dallas-based dance studio, Studio 22, will be located in suite 400 on the second level of Building Four. Studio 22’s new location is optimum; it faces Preston Road and is located directly above Planet Tan and is walking distance from Bally Total Fitness. Studio 22 Background:  Studio 22 will be a dance instructional operation run by professional ballroom dancers Sergey Korshunov and Michelle Hafle. Korshunov and Hafle are both two-time United States Latin Ballroom finalists. They continue to compete nationally and internationally at some of the world’s most renowned ballroom dancing events. Due to the recent surge towards ballroom dancing through the media, Studio 22, sees a large market for partner/ballroom dance instruction. Their establishment in North Dallas will offer over 30 group classes and weekly social events including such dance departments as: Salsa, Swing, Argentine Tango, Latin Ballroom, Standard Ballroom, Country Western, Children’s Performance Arts Academy, Wedding Department, Pilates/Aerobics and Adult Dancesport Academy.
