DALLAS, TX - July 28, 2009 --  The Richardson Brothers of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division just completed negotiations for the relocation and expansion of USA Pallet & Logistics’ headquarters. USA Pallet’s headquarters are currently located in South Dallas on Bronze Way in approximately 88,000 square feet; the new lease on Sea Harbor more than doubles their size at 233,529 square feet. USA Pallet & Logistics plans to start relocating their operations this fall into the new industrial facility at 2829 Sea Harbor, just west of downtown Dallas. Built in 1976, the single-tenant building is situated on 9.06 acres, includes 5,000 square feet of office space and tilt wall construction. USA Pallet will continue to produce and supply their customers with manufactured pallets as well as reconditioning services for pallets damaged during distribution.
