Henry S. Miller Brokerage Arranges the Sale of 22,000 SF Industrial Portfolio in Plano, Texas

DALLAS, TX - September 9, 2009 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Mark Hull, Vice President and Mike Herzstein, Associate of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial division recently completed the sale of a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 22,000 square feet. The property, 2712 and 2710 Rigsbee Drive, contains two industrial buildings, one of which is 12,000 square feet and the other 10,000 square feet, respectively. The seller, Burns & Parks Painting sold the building to the Wendell P. and Carol N. Keith Family Trust. Burns & Parks Painting was represented by Mark Hull and Mike Herzstein of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC; the buyer, Wendell P. and Carol N. Keith Family Trust, was represented by Randy Baird of Baird Fitzgerald.
