HOUSTON, TX - September 17, 2009 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s industrial specialists, Doug Bates, Senior Vice President and Joel Hill, Senior Broker, of the Houston division, recently completed the sale of 1.917 acres raw land in La Porte, Texas. The acreage, located on Highway 225 at Sens Road, offers the new owner a prime industrial real estate location. “Highway 225, in my opinion, is one of the best locations for industrial real estate right now,” stated Hill, emphasizing the draw to the property. The land was sold to a local Houston-area investor, Thomas C. Bedford. Bedford was represented by Bill Grisham of Grisham & Associates Properties.
