Henry S. Miller Brokerage Arranges 49 Acre Land Acquisition for New Evangelistic Center in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2009 --  Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s office/industrial division, recently negotiated the acquisition of 49 acres for the development of a new Templo Betania Evangelistic Center. The acreage, located at 700 W Wheatland Road in Dallas, is situated between Interstate 20 and Wheatland Road. The property offers over 1,500 feet of frontage along Wheatland and is surrounded by residential communities as well as several other churches and major retail developments. Templo Betania is an Assembly of God church with a prominent Spanish attendance; their current location is in Oak Cliff on 210 E Jefferson Boulevard. The church plans to develop the acreage for construction of a new, larger worship facility; details for the development have not yet been established. Reese represented the seller, Southwest Hampton Oaks, LLC and Averyt represented the buyer, Templo Betania Evangelistic Center.
