Lion’s Den Set to
Open New Pub and Grill at Little Elm Towne Crossing
DALLAS, TX - December 23, 2009 --

retail division, recently negotiated a 5,057 square foot lease for
Lion’s Den Pub & Grill at Little Elm Towne Crossing. Lion’s Den
plans to debut their new restaurant in early January 2010. This is
the pub’s first location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “Currently
there are no plans for additional locations next year, but it
certainly is a possibility,” said Harris of his client’s 2010 real
estate strategy.
Little Elm Towne Crossing, at 170,000 square feet, is one of the
