Golden Star Classic Auto Parts Leases 71,400 sf at Waters Ridge Industrial Park

DALLAS, TX - January 12, 2010 --  Golden Classic Auto Parts, represented by Dan Spika, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s office and industrial division, recently completed the lease negotiations for 71,400 square feet in the Waters Ridge I industrial warehouse facility. Waters Ridge I, represented by Steve Trese of CB Richard Ellis, is a 600,000 square foot industrial facility in Lewisville, Texas that is currently fully leased. Waters Ridge I is a small part of the much larger Waters Ridge industrial park; a 217-acre master planned development that includes an array of large industrial buildings. Golden Classic Auto Parts will utilize the 71,400 square feet as a fully-functioning distribution center.
