DALLAS, TX - February 8, 2010 --  Mark Porterfield, of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC recently completed negotiations for the sale of The Regency Apartments in Paris, Texas. The Regency, located at 2526 Lamar Avenue, is a 100-unit multifamily apartment complex built in 1984. Patrick Calvano of Dominion Realty Advisors, Inc. located in Irving, Texas has managed the asset for over 18 years for the same owners. Currently the complex is occupied at a notable 97%. The seller, Paris Properties, LTD, sold the property to Entourage Legacy, LLC of Lafayette, Louisiana. Jay Porterfield of Arbor Commercial Mortgage provided the acquisition financing. The buyer, Entourage Legacy, LLC, was represented by Richard Pool of Pool Realty Services, LLC, headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. The seller, Paris Properties, LTD, was represented by Mark Porterfield of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC.
