Adolphus Tower Signs over 15,000 sf in New Leases

DALLAS, TX - February 26, 2010 --  Adolphus Tower, located at 1412 Main Street, has recently signed over 15,000 square feet in new leases, becoming the new home to six Dallas-based companies.

Focus Communications, a full-service African American owned marketing and public relations firm, has occupied over 2,500 square feet of the 10th floor. Time Finance Co, Inc. and New Level Athletics have leased space on Adolphus Tower’s 4th floor. Time Finance has moved into 1,235 square feet and New Level Athletics, a corporation focused on the advancement of local athletes, now calls 1,579 of Adolphus Tower square feet, home. The 18th floor of Adolphus Tower has become the new corporate headquarters for worldwide oilfield service provider, RA Global Services, Inc. The 18th floor offers RA Global over 7,000 square feet of finished office space and encouraging views of downtown Dallas’ active central business district. The most recent lease was signed by the Law Offices of Frank E. Needham for 2,798 square feet on the 14th floor.

All lease transactions were handled by Mark Boynton, leasing agent and driving force behind the recent surge of activity. Other brokers involved, were John Bailey of the Allan Bailey Group, who represented Focus Communications and Time Finance Co, Inc. and Grant Sumner of Peloton Real Estate Partners, who represented RA Global Services, Inc.

“We really focused our marketing efforts on those downtown office buildings that were publicly struggling, and obtained most of our new leases directly from those efforts,” stated Mark of his team’s strategic marketing moves. Adolphus Tower continues to offer one of Dallas Central Business District’s most competitive lease rates. In one-month’s time, Adolphus Tower’s occupancy rate has increased by almost 10%, an agreeable number considering the recent published office market reports. Currently Adolphus Tower is actively leasing available office space and will be marketed for sale by Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Investments division.
