Ace Manor Property Management Purchases 10,000 sf Warehouse in Lewisville

DALLAS, TX - April 7, 2010 --  Executive Vice President, Dan Spika, of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division, recently brokered the acquisition of a 10,000 square foot industrial office/warehouse facility in Lewisville, Texas. The property, located at 507 Bennett Lane, was built in 1997 and offers Ace Manor approx. 7,600 square feet of warehouse area and 2,400 square feet of office. The office/warehouse building sits on .95 acres and is located 1/8 of a mile east of I-35N. Ace Manor Property Management plans to utilize the building as an auto wholesale warehouse.  The buyer, Ace Manor Property Management, Ltd, was represented by Matt Thompson of Colliers International.
