SNG Realty Acquires 7,465 sf Building for Medical Office Use

DALLAS, TX - April 19, 2010 --  Jim Turano, Executive Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently brokered the acquisition of a 7,465 square foot medical office building for SNG Realty, LP. The building is located in southeast Fort Worth at 6450 Brentwood Stair Road; the southwest quadrant of East Loop 820 and Interstate 30. 6450 Brentwood was renovated in 1997 and is situated on 1.23 acres amid other medical facilities. SNG Realty plans to market the building as leasable medical office space.  Representing the buyer, SNG Realty, L.P., was Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC; the sellers, out-of-state California investors, were represented by Becky Thompson of Lee & Associates.
